Support Local Businesses on March 1: North Brunswick Chamber of Commerce hosting Business Expo

In a recent citizen survey conducted by the North Brunswick Chamber of Commerce, 89.7% of residents said it is at least somewhat important to shop local by patronizing businesses in the community where they live, with two-thirds of respondents ranking it very or extremely important. On Saturday, March 1, 2025, northern Brunswick County residents will have the chance to translate those sentiments into action by connecting with local businesses at the Chamber’s annual Business Expo, set for 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Leland Cultural Arts Center, located at 1212 Magnolia Village Way.

“People naturally prefer to work with businesses they know and trust, and the Expo provides a fantastic opportunity to connect with potential service providers, whether it’s a banker, personal trainer, or home contractor,” said Jeremy Gunn, President of NBCC and Owner of JBG Services. “By choosing to engage with and support local businesses, you’re contributing to the growth and strength of our community in northern Brunswick County.”

The event will feature a variety of local businesses and organizations, including professional services, computer and technical services, financial services, home and garden, recreation, healthcare, educational organizations, relocation specialists and more. In previous years, the Expo has attracted over 500 people from Leland, Belville, Navassa and surrounding areas.

Resource Business Brokerage is the presenting sponsor of the Expo, Smith International is the silver sponsor and Focus Broadband is the media sponsor.
