Smart Start of Brunswick County

Smart Start is a network of 75 local non-profit partnerships, serving all 100 North Carolina counties, led by The North Carolina Partnership for Children, Inc (NCPC). We provide services to those who have a direct impact on a child’s life during these crucial first 5 years- and also work to spread the message that early childhood education is everybody’s business.
